I keep things simple. Whether you’ve got a question, an idea you’re mulling over, or a section you’re thinking about building on – pick up the phone or send me an email. Both come straight to me. I’m often on-site during the day, so if I don’t pick up first time, leave a message and I’ll get back to you as soon as I’m back in the office. I aim to reply to every email within one to two working days.
